Poker Store Terms and Conditions
The following Poker Store terms and conditions are in addition to Eurolinx general terms and conditions. The Poker Store terms and conditions include specifics on merchandise, token delivery and returns policy and govern your purchase of merchandise or tokens from the Poker Store. If you experience any problems or issues with an order or the products in the Poker Store please contact our customer service department.

Customers will allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery of merchandise once order is confirmed. |

Customers will allow 48 hours for tournament tokens to be added to poker account once order is confirmed. |

Once orders are confirmed, cancellations will not be permitted. |

Customers are responsible for correct entry of data onto order form. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges to the customer should failure be a consequence of this. |

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their email address in their poker account. |

If email confirmation is not received within 7 days the order will be cancelled. |

The email address listed in a customer's poker account will be the email address used to confirm all poker store orders. |

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date delivery/shipping address where they will have someone available to receive and sign for the product upon delivery. Eurolinx will not be responsible for excess delivery charges due to absence of deliverer from the premises or a wrong address. |

The third party provider (Initial) agree to replace items that are damaged in transit or damaged due to manufacturer, warehouse or courier neglect. However, goods damaged due to customer neglect or wear and tear will be solely the responsibility of the customer. |

Eurolinx reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. |

Once orders are confirmed, cancellations will not be permitted. |

Eurolinx reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time. |

Customers must have sufficient Linxpoints in their account to cover the entire cost of the order submitted. Insufficient points will result in order cancellation. |

All Items ordered are subject to stock availability, should an item be out of stock we will advise the customer and a new order may be submitted or alternatively Eurolinx agree to refund the points in full. |

Eurolinx has the right to pull any product line from the Poker Store at any time. |

Customers should note that point prices of the items in the Poker Store can fluctuate at any time, however once an order is submitted / confirmed the price of the item will remain for that order at its original price. |

In the event that the customer is due a refund of points due to out of stock merchandise, damage or consecutive failed delivery please note that refund will occur within 48 hours of the agreed order cancellation time. |
